Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

  • Home Delivery (Rentals)- Same day home delivery service available all over Mumbai at additional cost. Home delivery fee waived off for orders with Cart Amount above Rs 999/-
    Delivery timeline: 4 -8 hours for same day delivery, and on the rental start date in case of bookings done in advance.
    Bookings to be completed min. 4 hours in advance for same day delivery
     

  • Home Delivery (Buy)- Buy orders are shipped within 1- 2 days of payment confirmation and  typically take between 7-10 working business days to be delivered.
     

  • Pick up from Store - Games can be picked up in person from our Chembur (Mumbai) location at the time communicated by our team once the order has been processed
     

  • If you believe you have received the package in a damaged condition, please reach out to our team immediately over phone at +91 877 966 0103

Return & Refund Policy (Rentals)

  • Rental bookings once completed are non-cancellable. In case of delays in delivery due to circumstances out of team's control or in case of damage to games in transit, refund will be processed to customer's original payment source within 1- 7 working days
     

  • The games rented out are to be returned by the customer to our Chembur (Mumbai) location by the end of the booking period in the same condition as originally received
     

  • Return pick up service from home is available at additional cost.
    We use reputed hyperlocal delivery agency for safe transportation of packages
     

  • In case you require an extension in rental duration, please reach out to our team who will check availability and the additional rental applicable. 
    The additional rental will need to be pre-paid by the customer to extend rental duration
     

  • Any late returns by customer beyond the booking period may attract additional rental
     

  • The team will verify all game components upon receiving the return. Once verified, the deposit amount will be refunded back through UPI payment / bank transfer.
    Damaged / Missing components, if any, may attract deduction from the deposit 

Return & Refund Policy (Buy Orders)

  • Buy Game orders once placed are non-cancellable and non-returnable 
     

  • In case of extraordinary delays in delivery due to circumstances out of team's control or in case you believe you have received a damaged game, please reach out to our team immediately over phone at +91 877 966 0103. Any such requests will not be entertained beyond 24 hours of delivery 
     

  • Any refund (if applicable and approved by our team) will be processed to customer's original payment source within 1- 7 working days.
