  • What is DieHard Game Pass ?
    DieHard Game Pass is the first ever, one-of-a-kind, board games subscription service available all over Mumbai, wherein you get free access to certain no. of board games each month (dependent upon the plan) plus a multitude of other benefits in exchange for a nominal fee payment each month.
  • How much is the fee for Game Pass ?
    We have four different monthly plans available at the moment, namely: DH Lite, DH Essential, DH Pro and DH Ultimate. All of these are priced differently and have a multitude of different benefits. Please visit https://www.diehardboardgames.com/plans-pricing for more details.
  • How many free board games do I get each month ?
    The no. of board games with zero / free rental each month varies by plan. We have four different monthly plans available at the moment, namely: DH Lite, DH Essential, DH Pro and DH Ultimate.   • Can I rent additional games beyond my monthly membership quota ?
    Yes. You may rent additional games beyond/outside your monthly quota at special discounted rates for Game Pass Members (5% off for Lite/Essential/Pro and 10% off for Ultimate Members respectively).
  • How long at a time do I get to keep the board games under my membership plan ?
    DH Lite: 2 free game rentals for 2 days each DH Essential: 4 free game rentals for 2 days each DH Pro: 6 free game rentals for 4 days each DH Ultimate: 8 free game rentals for 7 days each
  • Which all board games do I get free access to under my membership plan ?
    DH Lite/ Essential/ Pro: Free access to all non-premium games in DieHard Catalogue DH Ultimate: Free access to complete DieHard Catalogue Visit https://www.diehardboardgames.com/game-catalog to check out the DieHard Catalogue. You can use the "Membership" filter on the left to check out the games covered under the different plans. Premium games can also be identified by a red color "Premium Game" ribbon on the top left of the game listing.
  • How long is my Game Pass valid for ?
    The prices listed on the DieHard Plans website page (https://www.diehardboardgames.com/plans-pricing) offer 1 month validity. For longer term plans (3M/6M), you may reach out to the DieHard team and one of the members will be happy to help you.
  • How much is the home delivery fee for Game Pass Members?
    DH Lite/ Essential: Home Delivery Fee @Actuals (Borzo/Dunzo/etc.) DH Pro/ Ultimate: Home Delivery Fee @Rs 99/ Actuals (whichever is lower)
  • Do I have to pay a refundable deposit as a Game Pass Member ?
    Yes. We offer a reduction in the applicable refundable security deposit amount for Essential/ Pro/ Ultimate Game Pass Members. DH Essential: 10% lower deposit amount DH Pro: 20% lower deposit amount DH Ultimate: 25% lower deposit amount
  • What is the free bee benefit offered to Pro/ Ultimate Members ?
    DH Pro/ Ultimate members receive 1 surprise free bee game to try & play each month, absolutely free, along with their monthly game rentals. The free bee game delivered is entirely at the discretion of the DieHard team.
  • What are premium games? How do I get free access to these ?
    Premium games are few specially curated and procured board games by the DieHard team. DieHard Ultimate Game Pass members get free access to premium games. DieHard Lite/ Essential/ Pro Pass members can rent premium games at special 5% discount. Non-Members can rent premium games at regular rental prices.
  • Does being a Game Pass member guarantee that the game I want will be available at any time ?
    Game Pass members get priority access to all games over non-members. However, due to limited copies of the games being available, it is highly recommended to book your games in as much advance as possible.
  • Is there an option to rent games for non-members ?
    Yes. You may rent games without availing any membership plan, as before. Please refer to the How it Works section for steps to do the same. You may also DM/Call us at +91 877 966 0103 in case of any questions, and our team will be happy to help you.
  • Do you provide home delivery ? How much is the delivery fee ?
    Yes! We provide home delivery service using reputed third party hyperlocal courier service providers and the fee is totally based on actuals. Please reach out to one of our team members who will he happy to provide you an estimate based on your delivery location. Additionally, we are happy to waive off home delivery fee for orders with cart amount above Rs 999/-
  • What is the estimated delivery time ?
    Orders placed before 6PM are are delivered the same day within 4-6 hours of payment completion Orders placed after 6PM are delivered next day by 12PM For any urgent / special delivery requirements please reach out over email or at +91 877 966 0103 and the team will be happy to help you
  • How do I return the games that I rent out from you ?
    You can opt to return the game to our Powai location either in person or through a hyperlocal delivery service at your cost. We recommend packing the games before returning to ensure no damage in transit.
  • Do you provide a return pick-up service to pick up the game from my home ?
    We will be happy to provide a return pick up service from your home with the full return delivery cost being borne by you. We use reputed hyperlocal courier services for the same to ensure safe transportation.
  • How do I pay for my order ?
    We currently accept payments through below channels: UPI Payment (Google Pay, Phone Pe etc.) Bank Transfer Offline Payment
  • How much is the rental fee ?
    The rental fee varies depending upon the game and rental duration The default prices displayed in our Game Catalog indicate 2-day rental fee for weekend (Sat-Sun) Rental options for 2 day Weekday and/or Full Week are also available, with different rental fee applicable for each
  • Why do you take a refundable security deposit ? How much is the amount ?
    The security deposit is to ensure you take care of the games as much as we do. This helps us bring exciting high quality games with all components intact, to all our customers, to ensure a memorable gaming experience. The exact deposit amount varies with the game, and is listed for each on the respective product catalog page along with other information. The deposit is fully refundable, and is refunded in entirety, once the team has received the games back and verified all components to be intact without any damage.
  • How will the security deposit be refunded ?
    The security deposit will be transferred back either through UPI (Google Pay) or bank transfer, as per your choice, subject to the games being verified by the team and all components intact without any damage.
  • By when will the security deposit be refunded ?
    We mostly refund the security deposit through UPI payment / Bank transfer the same day when the game is received back by our team (subject to game components verification). In case of late night return received from customer, the security deposit is refunded by the next day after game components verification.
  • What happens in case of any missing and/or damaged game components during the rental period ?
    In case of any missing and/or damaged game components during the rental period, the customer would be liable to compensate for the same. Our team will assess the extent of the damage/missing pieces which may attract a partial/full deduction from the security deposit. The above would first be adjusted against the security deposit. In case the damage/missing components value exceeds the security deposit amount, the customer would be liable to pay the balance in extra to DieHard BoardGames immediately.
  • Do you provide board games on rental basis ?
    Yes. We are a board game library based out of Mumbai that provides national & international board games on rental basis.
  • What kind of board games do you have ?
    We house classic as well as modern, national and international, board games including card games, party games, family games, strategy games for beginners and veteran gamers alike. Please check out the Game Catalog on our website for games currently available in our library.   • What is the difference between cooperative and competitive games ?
    Cooperative game - multiple players work as a team to achieve a common goal, and all players win/lose together at the end of the game. Competitive game - multiple players work against/versus each other, and (usually) one players wins while others lose at the end of the game.
  • What are your opening / operating hours ?
    We are available to fulfill your board game requirements all 7 days a week. Operating Hours: Mon - Sun (10 AM - 11 PM)
  • How do I rent a game from your board game library ?
    We have a simple streamlined process to rent a game from our library. Below are the two options available. 1. Rent individual games from our catalogue without a membership. Please refer to the How it Works section on our website for detailed steps. 2. Choose a monthly membership that gives you access to free games plus a multitude of other benefits for a nominal monthly fee. Please refer to the Game Pass section for more details.   • How long can I rent out a game for ?
    We currently offer three different rental duration options for renting games on an adhoc basis: 2 Day Weekday (Mon-Fri) 2 Day Weekend (Sat-Sun) Full Week (7 days) Alternatively, you may also opt for a monthly membership plan, which gives you access to free games plus multitude of other benefits for a nominal fee each month.   • I added games to my cart on your website and completed checkout. Is my order confirmed ?
    Your order is confirmed only after our team member subsequently reaches out to confirm games availability on your required dates, and after the rental and refundable deposit payment is complete.
